Photos and a phone call
Once we are in the bay, we take photos of what we find. Phone call with the parts cost + labour. You approve before any work starts.

Same chair next time
Hand-off includes photos of the work done, the old parts in a bag if you want them, written warranty. We will remember you.

Started in 1974. Still here.
My dad opened Westmount Auto in 1974 the year I was born. Drum brakes, carburettors, points and condensers. I grew up under the hoist. Took over the shop in 1998. My oldest started apprenticing here last year. That makes three.
The bay looks different. The tools are different. The cars are different. Our promise to you is the same. We will tell you what is wrong, what it will cost, and what we would do if it was our car parked in front of the house. The rest of the job follows from there.
