The current site is on WordPress, mid-migration, with eleven thin modality pages that mostly repeat the same template. Below is what an upgraded preview already does, and the four things we'd specifically fix.

The current site is on WordPress with Elementor, the kind of build that costs $60-120 a year for hosting + theme + plugin licences and tends to break a little after each WP core update. New uploads are dated 2025-10 and 2026-01, the migration isn't finished, and the live site mixes new and old layouts.
- Eleven modalities live on eleven thin pages
Each modality (chiropractic, physio, osteopathy, massage, acupuncture, custom orthotics, compression, bracing, shockwave, Summus laser, spinal decompression) has its own page, but the pages mostly repeat the same template. The new build folds all 11 into a single index with deep-linked anchors, so a returning patient lands exactly where they need to be.
- No tap-to-call number above the fold on mobile
519-453-7117 lives in body copy, not as a sticky header CTA. On a phone, calling the clinic is a four-tap path: scroll, find it, long-press, call. The new build puts a call button in the header on every page.
- Direct billing buried as a sentence in a paragraph
Direct billing is one of the strongest reasons people choose Alevia, but on the current site it appears as a half-line in a wall of text. We surface it as a chapter, with the actual workflow explained at the front desk.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- All 11 modalities indexed and deep-linked
One Services page with a tap-to-jump quick index. Each modality has its conditions-treated list, methods, image, and direct booking CTA. Returning patients hit anchors, new patients scroll.
- Real frontage and clinic photography surfaced
We pulled the frontage, in-clinic, and modality photos that already live on alevia.ca and put them where they help, hero, About, and each modality chapter, instead of letting them sit in WP media library.
- Direct-billing pitch promoted to its own chapter
A dedicated section explains direct billing in plain English: bring the card, show ID, walk out paying only what's owed. No more burying the strongest sales point of the clinic.
- Tap-to-call header on every page, on every device
519-453-7117 sits in the top right of every page, mobile and desktop. The Juvonno portal link is right next to it, so booking is one tap from anywhere on the site.
