We are a small, fee-for-service clinic. We accept cash, credit card, cheque, and health savings accounts. Itemised receipts are emailed after each visit so you can submit them to your insurance for reimbursement.
CHAPTER ONE
Naturopathic Visits
Initial visits run a full 90 minutes. We take detailed history, talk through goals and constraints, do any necessary physical assessment, and start the first treatment plan. Regular and follow-up visits keep the plan current and adjust as your body responds.
CHAPTER TWO
Integrative Programs
Programs are structured packages of evaluation plus follow-ups for one of our seven focus areas. Each program starts with a 60-minute evaluation and includes five 45-minute follow-up visits over the program duration.
Programs include: Anti-Aging, Cardio, Cancer, Obesity, and others.

Nervous-system regulation, sleep hygiene, lifestyle modification, and herbal/nutritional support to bring chronic stress responses back to baseline.
Pain & Fatigue
Chronic pain and chronic-fatigue protocols. Combination of acupuncture, cupping, manual therapy, and herbal support based on the case.
Cancer Prevention
Risk-reduction strategies for high-risk individuals. Complementary support during conventional cancer care, coordinated with your oncology team.
Anti-Aging
Lifespan and healthspan focus. Mitochondrial health, antioxidant strategy, sleep, hormone balance, exercise, and stress.
Obesity & Hormones
Weight, thyroid, adrenal, and reproductive hormone balance. Combines lab assessment with nutritional and herbal interventions.
Digestive Care
Gut health, food sensitivities, microbiome support, and chronic-digestive-condition protocols.

Manual Therapy
Stand-alone manual-therapy sessions for patients who already know what they want. All four manual-therapy services run 30 to 60 minutes and are priced the same. Pair with a naturopathic visit for a coordinated plan.
