A custom kitchen design studio and cabinetry shop on Huron Street. We design, build, and install kitchens, baths, and millwork.
Distinctive Kitchens of London is a design studio and a cabinet shop. The studio sits on Huron Street, with finishes and door styles set out where you can touch them. The cabinets are built in our own shop, by our hands, to fit your room.
We design kitchens for people who actually cook in their kitchen. The drawings show every drawer, every door, every counter, every receptacle. The kitchen on the drawings is the kitchen we install. There is no part of the project we leave to imagination.
Past the kitchen, the same shop builds bath cabinetry, mudrooms, library walls, built-ins, and millwork. The work, the finishes, and the standards are the same. The room changes, the shop does not.

In-shop, not box-store.
Cabinets are built in our own shop, sized to your room. We do not order off a catalogue and trim to fit. Your wall, your appliances, your cooking, your cabinets.

One phone call, not five.
For a renovation, we coordinate the trades. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, counters, tile. You make decisions and we make the calls.

Same finish, every time.
The drawer that is being built today should match the drawer that was built three months ago. Same paint, same hardware, same hand. The kitchen ages as one room.

A first showroom visit takes 20 minutes. You will leave with a sense of finishes, a sense of the room, and a sense of the shop. Anything past that goes on the calendar by phone.
