Eastown is a small barbershop on the stretch of Dundas Street just east of Highbury. We're a few minutes from Argyle, Hamilton Road, and Old East Village, and the people who come in are the people who live and work right here. Roofers, drivers, retail staff, dads, kids, students, retirees. Everyone gets the same cut.
The work is straightforward. Haircuts, fades, beard trims, hot towel shaves, head shaves, and straight razor work. We don't book online. We don't sell memberships. We don't talk anyone into a service they didn't walk in for. You sit down, we listen, and then we cut.
The shop runs on a phone and a chair. Cash or tap, both work, neither one costs more.
Right now, online, you mostly find us through Google Maps and a couple of directory listings. That's part of why this preview site exists. The shop is real, the work is good, the regulars are loyal. The web side just hasn't caught up. This page is what it could look like, polished up.
