Stylist Salon Policies
The four house rules.
Cancellation
As a courtesy to Hair Enve, our staff, and our waiting clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Emergencies happen, contact us promptly. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Lateness
Running behind? Telephone the salon immediately. Arriving late may result in an adjustment to your service. Arrival 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling.
Refund
We do not offer refunds once services are completed. If you are dissatisfied, request an adjustment and we will look at it together. Achieving exact results from inspiration photos is not always possible. Take-home products keep your colour holding longer.
Stylist Change
Want to try another stylist? Just ask. We work collaboratively, we want to keep you, and the chair you book is the chair you sit in.
