A typical visit involves a physical exam, an initial intake, and a treatment plan. We examine your entire spine and take X-rays before treatment so we know the degree of wear and any anomalies. Treatments include spinal manipulation, soft tissue work, posture and ergonomic education, and nutritional consultation when relevant.
Registered Massage Therapy
More than stress relief. Our Registered Massage Therapists ease tension, reduce pain, decrease muscle reflex activity and aid the healing process after injuries.

Custom Orthotics

Indications include regular foot pain, pain in the back, hips, knees or ankles, family history of foot issues, participation in sports and fitness, and prolonged standing on hard surfaces. We use a cast plus computer technology to design the device, and our experts insert it in your shoe with the right padding for comfort.
