- huronandhighburychiropractic.ca was built by CityMediaInc and never updated
The footer reads "Powered by CityMediaInc.com." The visual style of the homepage is unchanged from a contractor build several years old. The pain-guide concept is great content, the layout that surrounds it is not.
- The interactive pain guide is a promise that is not delivered
The homepage says the patient can use an interactive pain guide. The current page it links to is a static text article. We rebuild it as a real head-to-toe selector with twelve regions.
- Phone is at the top, but visually buried
519-451-4000 sits in the upper right of every page in small grey text. We move it into a tap-to-call button so a person in pain on their phone connects in one tap.
- Quit-smoking program is buried
The laser-based quit-smoking program is a unique offering for a chiropractic clinic. On the current site it is one menu item. We give it a dedicated page with the value proposition spelled out.
- Hours, parking, transit not in the footer
Patients in pain need hours and how to get there at a glance. We put hours, parking, and transit in the footer of every page.
- Theralase laser sells itself, not the laser brand
The current laser page reads like a manufacturer brochure. We reframed it around the eleven conditions it actually treats and the four-step protocol of a real visit.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- Head-to-toe pain guide as a tile grid
Twelve pain regions as numbered tiles on the homepage. Tap a region, read the pattern we see, the common causes, and the therapy match. The interactivity the current site promised but never built.
- Theralase laser as a hero pillar
Painless laser therapy gets a dedicated page with the eleven conditions it treats, the four-step visit protocol, and the actual cellular mechanism explained in plain English.
- Tap-to-call header
519 451 4000 in the top right of every page as a real button. One tap, the call connects. People in pain do not scroll.
- Same-day band on every page
A terracotta band reading 'Same-day appointments held for new patients in pain.' That is the strongest sales line, and it now appears once on every page.
- Dr. Patrick Long is on the homepage
His credentials, his bio, and the photo. The current site has all this content but it lives only on the about page. We bring the practitioner forward.
