- Wix template raw tab characters in nav
The current navigation labels render with literal tab and newline characters in the visible text, like Our[tab]Services and Get[tab]Started, because the Wix template never collapsed them. Tiny detail, but it ships every page in a state no shop owner would approve in print.
- Seven London locations, not surfaced
LMP has seven counters in London. The current site lists them on Contact, but never frames the network as the differentiator it is. We put the seven counters on the homepage and the footer of every page.
- Free Ontario shipping is buried
Free Rx shipping anywhere in Ontario is the standout offer. On the current site it is one line on the services page. We make it a wax stamp on the homepage hero.
- Get Started flow is split across three pages
Get Started, Transfer Rx, and Refill Rx are three separate URLs that overlap. The new Get Started page consolidates the three-step flow with both forms in one place.
- Founders are missing
Hesham and Amany Abdelsayed founded LMP in 1998 and still run it. The current site mentions them only in a deep About paragraph. We give them a footer credit and a homepage callout.
- It works, but it blends in
The site does the job, but nothing about it makes someone stop and say “this place looks great.” You're doing the work, the site just isn't showing it off.
- Wix charges you every single month
