Founded in May 2008 by Mr. and Mrs. Flores. Eighteen years later, the same family runs the same kitchen at 1392 Trafalgar Street.

We source the produce, the meat, and the spice the way we would for our own dinner. No shortcuts.

Family recipes brought from Mexico, scaled up for the room, but the proportions and seasonings have not changed.

You will see Mr. and Mrs. Flores in the room most nights. The whole staff is small, and most of them have been here for years.
