Prescriptions
New prescriptions
Bring a paper prescription or ask your doctor to e-prescribe directly to us. We fill same-day in most cases.
Refills
Call ahead or come in. We track your refill schedule and alert you before you run out.
Transfers
Moving your prescriptions from another pharmacy is free and takes a few minutes. We handle the coordination.
Prescription status notifications
We will call or text you when your prescription is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery.
Special orders
We order medications not kept in stock. Allow 24 to 48 hours for most special orders.
OHIP-covered prescriptions
Many prescriptions are covered under Ontario Drug Benefit. Seniors and ODB recipients pay zero copay.
Compounding
Custom compounding
We prepare medications in custom strengths, dosage forms, or without allergens when the standard product is not suitable. Common for pediatric, veterinary, dermatology, and hormone prescriptions.
Allergen-free formulations
If you have a dye, preservative, or lactose intolerance, we can compound a version that works for you.
Topical creams and gels
Many medications are more effective or better tolerated when applied topically. We prepare custom topical formulations on physician order.
Vaccinations
Seasonal flu vaccine
Free seasonal influenza vaccines administered by our pharmacist. No appointment needed during flu season.
Shingles vaccine
Pharmacist-administered shingles (herpes zoster) vaccination. Covered for some age groups under ODB.
Other immunizations
Travel vaccines, pneumococcal, hepatitis, and other routine immunizations. Call to confirm availability and pricing.

Free prescription delivery
We deliver to Huron Street area homes. Call us to arrange your delivery schedule. No charge, no minimum order.
Free take-home naloxone kits
Naloxone (Narcan) kits are available to anyone who requests them. No prescription required. We show you how to use it.
Blister packaging for ODB recipients
If you take multiple medications and find it difficult to track doses, we prepare weekly blister packs. Free for ODB recipients. Ask about availability.
Medication reminders
We can set up a reminder system so you or your caregiver know when each dose is due. Especially useful for complex schedules.
Minor ailments and consultations
Treatment of common conditions
Under Ontario regulations, pharmacists can now assess and prescribe for a number of minor ailments including urinary tract infections, pink eye (conjunctivitis), and skin rashes. Come in without a doctor's referral.
Medication reviews
We review your full medication list for interactions, duplications, and opportunities to simplify your regimen. Covered under Ontario Pharmacy Expanded Services for eligible patients.

Questions about your new prescription, concerns about side effects, or wanting to understand your treatment better. We take time to explain.
