Discovery call
Twenty minutes by phone or video. We learn the room, the timeline, and the budget. No commitment.

In-person visit
For local clients only, Caitlin walks the space and takes notes. Virtual clients submit photos and a floor plan.

Proposal + scope
Written proposal with scope, deliverables, and a flat or hourly rate as fits the project.
04
Design + reveal
Concept package, source list, and reveal. For full-build and remodel, ongoing supervision through trades.
