Wing Wah is the fifth restaurant owned by Wing and Alex Leung, a married couple from Hong Kong who have been opening restaurants in London since 2006. Decades in the kitchen between them. A family business in the truest sense.
Four cuisines, one menu.
Southern Chinese delicacies that we grew up with. The Canadian-Chinese classics regulars have ordered for years. Indian Hakka, the fusion that came home with the diaspora. Thai dishes done properly, not borrowed. Four traditions on one menu, all cooked by the same kitchen.
Fresh, then bold.
We pride our menu on its ability to cater towards all tastes. We believe in fresh ingredients first, then bold flavours layered on top. The wok stays hot. The herbs go in last.
