A short list,
nothing surprising.
- 01. Your provincial health card if you have one (visits are not OHIP-covered, but it is helpful for our records).
- 02. Your private insurance card or details if you plan to claim through extended health benefits.
- 03. A list of any current medications and supplements you take.
- 04. Imaging or reports from any recent X-rays, MRIs, or other practitioners, if available.
- 05. Comfortable clothing you can move easily in. We may ask you to bend, rotate, or lie down during the assessment.
- 06. A short note about what hurts, when it started, and what makes it better or worse.
- 07. About 45 to 60 minutes for your first visit. The exam is unhurried.
Bring the kids. We treat newborns to grandparents.
Our adjustments are gentle and tailored to age and size. Paediatric care from infants forward, prenatal care for expecting moms, and care for every stage of life from there.
Free on-site parking right in front of the clinic. No meters, no app, no hunting for a spot.
The 4 Adelaide and 17 Argyle bus routes both stop within a short walk of the clinic.
Step-free entry, accessible washroom, and an examination table that lowers for patients with mobility limitations.
"We listen first. Then we explain what we are seeing. Then, if it makes sense, we adjust. We never push a treatment plan you do not understand."
