Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are accepted during posted clinic hours. The shorter waits are usually mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
What should I bring?
Your Ontario health card, a list of current medications, any drug allergies, and a brief note about what is going on. The doctor will read it before you go in.
Can you refill my prescriptions?
Yes, both for routine medications and for short-term prescriptions in most cases. Bring the bottle or the pharmacy printout for accuracy.
Are you accepting new family-medicine patients?
We are a walk-in clinic, not a family-medicine practice. For ongoing primary care, we can refer you to clinics that are taking on new patients.
