WHAT WE TREAT

FOUR THINGS
UNDER ONE ROOF.

A walk-in clinic. We focus on what people walk in for: the cold that turned into a cough, the cut that needs a stitch, the prescription about to run out, the sick note for tomorrow.

01

Walk-In Visits

Same-day care for common acute concerns: cold, flu, sore throat, infections, minor injuries, and prescription refills.

02

Preventive Screening

Routine blood pressure, blood-work referrals, vaccination updates, and lifestyle counselling.

03

Sick Notes + Forms

Sick notes for work or school, basic medical forms, and insurance-related paperwork.

04

Specialist Referrals

When the right answer is a specialist, we arrange the referral and pass along the chart.

FOUR REASONS

WHY VISIT
CLARKE ROAD MEDICAL?

I

Walk in, get seen

No appointment needed for walk-in visits during posted clinic hours. Earlier in the day usually means a shorter wait.

II

OHIP card at the desk

Most visits are covered. Bring your Ontario health card to every visit. We tell you up front if a service is uninsured.

III

Plain-English at the chair

Diagnosis, options, risks, in language a patient can take home. No jargon dropped on the way out the door.

IV

On Clarke Road, easy parking

Free parking on site. The clinic shares a small commercial cluster with neighbour clinics on the east side of Clarke Road.

QUICK ANSWERS

COMMON QUESTIONS.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are accepted during posted clinic hours. The shorter waits are usually mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

What should I bring?

Your Ontario health card, a list of current medications, any drug allergies, and a brief note about what is going on. The doctor will read it before you go in.

Can you refill my prescriptions?

Yes, both for routine medications and for short-term prescriptions in most cases. Bring the bottle or the pharmacy printout for accuracy.

Are you accepting new family-medicine patients?

We are a walk-in clinic, not a family-medicine practice. For ongoing primary care, we can refer you to clinics that are taking on new patients.
