Walk in, get seen
No appointment needed during posted hours. We see patients in the order they arrive, with priority for clear emergencies.
We answer the phone. We say what we are doing. We bill OHIP. The door is open.
Clarke Road Medical Centre is a walk-in medical clinic on the east side of Clarke Road in London. We see patients during posted clinic hours for the kind of acute care that you would otherwise wait three weeks for at a family-medicine office: the cold that turned into a cough, the cut that needs a stitch, the prescription about to run out, the sick note for tomorrow.
We are not a hospital, we are not an urgent-care centre, and we are not a family-medicine practice. We are the walk-in clinic on Clarke Road. The waiting room is small, the staff knows the regulars, and the front desk will tell you straight up whether the wait is twenty minutes or an hour and a half.
Most visits are covered by OHIP. Bring your Ontario health card to every visit. We tell you up front if any service is uninsured.

Diagnosis, options, and risks explained without jargon. Walk out knowing what we did and why.

We do a few things and we do them well. Walk-in visits, preventive screening, prescription refills, and referrals when the case calls for it.
For walk-in visits, bring your Ontario health card and a brief list of what is going on, plus any current medications and drug allergies. The doctor will read it before you go in. Most visits run 10 to 20 minutes.
