Independent + family-run
Single location, no franchise. The same staff are at reception most days, so the people who see you tend to remember the visit before.

Plain-English assessment
You hear what the diagnosis is, why, and what the treatment plan is, in language a non-clinician can understand. We will repeat as many times as needed.

OHIP first
Most visits are billed directly to OHIP. Forms, sick notes for short-term illness, and travel vaccinations carry an uninsured fee. We are clear on that before we begin.
THE VISIT

Walk in
Drop in during open hours. The waiting room is clear and accessible. Bring your OHIP card and a list of current medications.

Reception triage
Reception assesses your reason for visit and gives you an estimated wait time. If your situation is more serious than walk-in level, we redirect you immediately.

Patient room
You are seen in a private exam room by one of our physicians. Visit is brief and focused on the immediate concern.

Plan and prescription
You leave with a written plan, any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy of choice, and (when applicable) a follow-up referral.
