We work with major insurance providers and bill direct where we can. Children's eye exams are typically covered by OHIP. Diabetic exams are typically OHIP-covered. We will tell you upfront what is covered and what is not.
Cross-sectional imaging of the retina, like an ultrasound for the eye but with light. Catches glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy early.
Measures pressure inside the eye. Goldmann applanation and non-contact (the puff of air). Both screen for glaucoma.
A single high-resolution image of the back of the eye. We compare year over year for any change.
