Pho Lee runs both menus side by side. Vietnamese phở, vermicelli bowls, banh mi sandwiches on one side. Thai curries, pad thai, basil stir-fries on the other. Two cuisines, one kitchen, one family.
The broth.
Phở lives or dies by the broth. Ours simmers overnight with charred onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and beef bones. The result is what regulars come back for. Light enough to drink, deep enough to remember.
