Made with
loving hands.
Recipes passed down.
Thuận Kiều opened in 1996. The same family. The same recipes. Vietnamese cooking the way it has always been done at our family table, served seven days a week on Highbury Avenue North.

From the family kitchen
Four dishes,
four generations.
Phở Bò
The first thing the kitchen makes every morning. Long-simmered beef broth, rice noodles, herbs.
Bún Thịt Nướng
Vermicelli with grilled lemongrass pork, fresh herbs, fish sauce. The summer plate.
Cơm Gà Nướng
Grilled chicken on jasmine rice. Simple. Honest. The way our mother served it.
Chả Giò
Hand-rolled spring rolls, fried golden. The recipe is from the family album.
"Recipes passed down
from many generations.
We have not changed them."
"Sunday lunch, every Sunday"
"Pho the way our father made it"
