Thuận Kiều opened in 1996. The same family. The same recipes. Vietnamese cooking the way it has always been done at our family table, served seven days a week on Highbury Avenue North.

"Mother's kitchen, on Highbury, since 1996"

From the family kitchen

Four dishes,
four generations.

01

Phở Bò

The first thing the kitchen makes every morning. Long-simmered beef broth, rice noodles, herbs.

02

Bún Thịt Nướng

Vermicelli with grilled lemongrass pork, fresh herbs, fish sauce. The summer plate.

03

Cơm Gà Nướng

Grilled chicken on jasmine rice. Simple. Honest. The way our mother served it.

04

Chả Giò

Hand-rolled spring rolls, fried golden. The recipe is from the family album.

We add Mealsy. The food still comes from the same kitchen. Just a different way to get it home.

2026

Thirty years in. Same family. Same recipes. Same broth. The dining room has new tables, but that is about it.
