Our Clinical Team

Ten clinicians.
Six cities.

Every True Hearing Health clinic is staffed by a credentialed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist, plus a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. Brian Field Au.D. oversees clinical direction at all locations.

The Story

Founded in 2021 on one idea: the best care at fair prices.

Brian Field opened the first True Hearing Health clinic in London, Ontario in July 2021 with the belief that high-quality audiology does not require high-street pricing.

Four years later, the practice has grown to six cities, ten credentialed clinicians, and thousands of patients across Southwest Ontario. Every location follows the same evidence-based, patient-first model Brian built from the start.

The name says it plainly: we want patients to hear true, crisp sounds again. Hearing care is health care.

Why credentials matter

An Au.D. is a clinical doctorate, not a retail certificate.

Doctor of Audiology training covers diagnostic testing, vestibular assessment, hearing aid programming, tinnitus rehabilitation, and pediatric audiology. It is a clinical graduate degree. Our team includes multiple Au.D. holders alongside M.Cl.Sc. Audiologists and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists, all registered with their provincial regulators.

What We Stand For

Care, not just commerce.

Evidence-based, not sales-driven

Every recommendation is grounded in research and your personal hearing profile. We carry multiple device lines so we can match the right product to your needs, not our margins.

Transparency on pricing

True Hearing Health was founded on the idea that hearing care should be accessible. We explain costs clearly before any commitment.

The "True" in our name

We want to be true to our patients and their goals. We want to help them hear true, crisp sounds again. Hearing health is real health.

Continuous care, not just a sale

Follow-up appointments, tuning adjustments, and ongoing support are part of every treatment relationship, not add-ons.
