Five services.
One goal.
Better hearing for every patient across all six clinics. Every service is delivered by a credentialed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Comprehensive Hearing Assessments
Our full diagnostic evaluation checks how well you hear sounds at different pitches, how well you understand speech in quiet and in noise, and how your middle ear is functioning. Every result is explained to you in plain language before you leave.
- In-depth diagnostic testing by a credentialed Audiologist
- Full explanation of every result during your visit
- Take-home copy of your audiogram report
- Physician report sent automatically if requested
- No obligation. No sales pitch unless you want to hear options.
Hearing Loss Treatment
If your assessment shows hearing loss, we build a custom treatment plan around your lifestyle, budget, and communication goals. We carry hearing aids from leading manufacturers at a range of price points. After fitting, we provide ongoing follow-up and tuning, not just a sale and a goodbye.
- Custom fitting and real-ear measurement
- Devices from multiple manufacturers
- Follow-up appointments included
- Adjustments as your hearing or lifestyle changes
- Coordinated care with your family physician
Tinnitus Assessment and Rehabilitation
Tinnitus is persistent ringing, buzzing, or other phantom sounds that only you can hear. It affects millions of Canadians and can disrupt sleep, focus, and daily life. We assess the nature and severity of your tinnitus and build a rehabilitation plan using evidence-based approaches.
- Tinnitus pitch and loudness matching
- Sound therapy and masking device options
- Counselling and coping strategies
- Habituation therapy protocols
- Referral coordination when needed
Balance and Dizziness Assessment
Vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems often originate in the inner ear. Our vestibular assessments evaluate how your balance system is functioning and help identify conditions like BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) or other vestibular disorders.
- Vestibular function testing
- BPPV assessment and canalith repositioning
- Balance rehabilitation exercises
- Coordinated care with ENT or neurology
- Falls-risk screening
Cerumen (Earwax) Removal
Earwax buildup can muffle hearing, cause discomfort, and interfere with hearing aid function. Our clinicians remove wax safely using microsuction or irrigation, depending on what is appropriate for your ear. No referral required.
- Visual ear canal inspection
- Microsuction or irrigation as appropriate
- Safe for hearing aid wearers
- Quick, in-clinic appointment
