The domain associated with the clinic in our records is sitting on a HugeDomains parking page. New patients searching the URL land on a domain-for-sale page that has nothing to do with you, and the parking site is what shows up in search previews. The clinic's online identity is currently a sales listing for the URL itself.
- Walk-in is the model and nothing online says so
A first-time patient with a sore throat doesn't know if the clinic takes appointments, requires a portal app, or rosters new family-medicine patients. They probably try to book online, hit nothing, and call somewhere else. The walk-in promise has to be the loudest thing on the site.
- OHIP billing isn't spelled out
New residents, students, and people without a family doctor specifically search for clinics that bill OHIP. Today there's nowhere on the web that confirms you do. We put it on the homepage, the patient-information card, and the visit page.
- The plaza address is hard to find without a real map
Unit 5 in the Adelaide North plaza, between Blessed Hands Barbershop and Harris Home Hardware. A unit number on a Google Maps card is small and easy to miss. We give it a real Google Maps embed plus a written description of the block.
- The design looks out of date
Customers decide whether to trust a business in under 5 seconds, and they use the website to do it. A dated look makes an excellent business look like it's not paying attention.
- Real text logo, no parking-page asset
The site no longer reuses the HugeDomains parking-page logo. The clinic name reads as a clean wordmark with a coral cross-mark, on every page.

A green health-card-style block lays out address, city, phone, type, and OHIP billing in a glance. The four things every walk-in patient checks, answered above the fold.
