Are you accepting new family-medicine patients?
Call to ask. The roster status changes month to month, and the front desk has the most current answer.
Can I walk in today?
Yes, walk-ins are accepted during posted clinic hours. Earlier in the day usually means a shorter wait.
What should I bring to a walk-in?
Your Ontario health card, a list of current medications, and a brief note of what is going on. The doctor will read it before you go in.
Do you handle prescription refills?
Yes, both for our family-medicine roster and for walk-in patients with active prescriptions from another physician.
