The first batch goes in before the sun is up and the last loaf comes out around lunch. Stop in early for the widest selection. The best of the daily bread leaves with the morning crowd, that is just how a real bakery runs.

QUICK QUESTIONS
When is bread fresh?
First loaves out by 8 am. The rack stays full until lunch. Late-afternoon stock is from the morning bakes, still good but not the widest selection.
Can I order ahead?
Yes. Call the counter the day before for whole loaves, sliced loaves, party trays, and cakes. We will hold what you ordered until the time you ask.
Do you do custom cakes?
Yes, by order. Birthday, anniversary, baptism, retirement. Three or four days notice keeps decoration time on the calendar.
