Four steps, no shortcuts

01

Source

We buy green beans direct from farms we visit and trust, paying above fair-trade rates.

02

Roast

Small 12kg batches on a vintage drum roaster, profiled by hand for each origin.

03

Rest

Beans rest for 48 hours so the flavours settle before we seal the bag.

04

Brew

Within days they reach your cup, at the café or through our subscription.

Free brew guides with every bag

A great cup is mostly about ratio, grind, and patience. Every order ships with a printed card for pour-over, French press, and moka pot, dialled in for the coffee inside. Scan it, set a timer, and let the kraft-paper notes do the rest.
